I've just submitted a bug against xserver-xfree86 because I have seen the following problem on two separate installs and there were two independent reports on [EMAIL PROTECTED] The problem seems to be that X does not allow enough time for hotplug to load psmouse and evdev when started from kdm during power on boot.
