Is X-debbugs-CC a mail-header or a BTS-command ?

Nope. Than I (or whoever) and the translater must track that bug manually. I
better like to use the BTS even for those small bugs - there are days when
you (or whoever) is very busy ;)
But there is no way to tag a bug a translation bug ?
