Comments/Problems:

Network config claimed obtaining an IP via DHCP failed, but in fact it worked just
fine. The NIC in question is an Avaya Silver WiFi card, used on a 802.11b network with
WEP enabled. Note that the 'uname -a' output is from the kernel that was installed by
a dist-upgrade to unstable after initial installation. The original kernel was the
2.4.25 kernel that came as default on the ISO. Hard disk partitioning was done
automatically by the installer, it auto-setup the free space into / and swap. GRUB
installation took forever due to lack of floppy drive and it didn't sem to detect and
add Windows ME (hda1) to the boot menu.

Install logs and other status info is available in /var/log/debian-installer/.

Thank you for your installation report. I'm closing it as all parts of
it have either been fixed, or broken out into individual bug reports.
You will get separate messages when those bugs are closed.

The following issues you reported should be fixed in our daily builds:

 - slow grub install due to no floppy drive
 - grub not adding existing OS to the menu

We'd apprecitate it if you could try again with a current daily build of
the installer.
