I can reproduce this bug easily. I have a partition that was previously formatted (by partman), and if I tell it to use the existing partition, the menu does not have an item to mount it anymore. I saw another user report the problem today as well, in an installation report.
This is a regression from beta3. Can we get it fixed in time for beta4? -- see shy jo
