I'm also experiencing this with the gluck.debian.org/cdimage/testing/
sarge_d-i/i386/current/sarge-i386-netinst.iso installer (dated 4/15). I
have an Inspiron 8100, I've tried it with and without my floppy drive
inserted, and with the noapic parameter. Nothing seems to work. It
hangs every time at 95% with "Skipping unavailable module 'ide-floppy'
for 'Linux IDE floppy'". It hard freezes at this point. If I switch
over to the debug console before the freeze occurs, the last line it
prints is

user.notice hw-detect: using yenta_socket instead of i82365
