Absolutely, termwrap has 2 drawbacks for console-tools: * Only the first console is configured. (Can be fixed, but it has never been) * Consoles are no more configured when rebooting after 2nd stage is over. For these reasons, having a working /etc/console-tools/config file at the end of the 1st stage is the best solution. I believe that the 2nd point also applies to cyr.
