The sentence below was found in partman-partitioning's pot.
"Hint: Use \"20%\" (or \"30%\", etc.) for 20% (resp. 30%, etc.) over the"
"minimum allowed size.  Use \"max\" as a shortcut for the maximum allowed "
"size."

To get 120% of the minimum size, you need to enter "20%". Am I right? If
true, it will maybe confuse many users (especially, for those non-native
english speakers). At least, I need to think for a while to get the real
meaning. Probably, a more direct way (such as, using "120%") should be
better. How do you think?
