It even detecked that integraded network card (of which I thought it would need a kernel patch to get it working). I tried the automatic partitioning, with a seperate /home partition, worked good, however sometimes I need quite some memory, so the ~500M swap partition was to small. When I tried to make one partition smaller, I got a little bit confused, that the installer created the the filesystems at once, at not after I finished with my enlarged swap partition. Well, and since I was in this menu, I tried xfs filesystems. I got the warning that grub might get confused, since I later wanted to install lilo, I ignored that warning. When the installer tried to install grub, it took quite some time... after I didn't saw any activitie for 10 minutes and the progess bar didn't advanced a single pixl, I rebootedand used used ext3 which worked without any problems.
