Debian Installer translators, You do not need to update packages changelogs anymore when updating or adding translations to Debian Installer packages.
This will now be done automagically thanks to Nikolai Prokoschenko scripts in scripts/l10n-changes. However, this is restricted to 1st stage packages. Those of you who commit into base-config and/or other packages CVS or SVN repositories, please continue changelog updates unless the package maintainer mentions stopping them.
