This is mostly due to recent partman changes where nearly identical strings became completely identical. For solving, this, you shoul dlook at http://people.debian.org/~barbier/d-i/l10n/XX/XX.po and search for fuzzy entries there. They will show you which strings where English string are identical are translated differently in two or more of your XX.po files.... Then, you just have to fix these for translating the same string exactly similarly in different files....
