It is....and it isn't. Indeed each time you posted about it, I wanted to have a look at it....and definitely lacked time for doing so. In the meantime, all translators make manual updates to changelogs and are quite OK with this....this is why you get the feeling that your script is ignored. We should maybe put it in production for ONE package by putting some warning lines in the changelog so that translators do not update it anymore.
