Damm, it is still buggy and results in the two debconf questions being prompted in ispell dicts/wordlists postinsts. I am dealing with a fixed version, but will not upload it to Debian until is more tested, since it also tries to guess the default selection from the woody pre-policy symlinks if present. In the meantime I put it at alioth dict-common repository, in case somebody else wants to try it
