Agreed, but hd-media is essentially a cdrom-based retriever, whereas
netboot/floppy are essentially net-based retrievers. I personally would
like to see cdrom/hd-media integrated so you could choose either one. 

I think it would be confusing to overload hd-media to be net-based on
m68k. Although, this is essentially my primary test setup.

I agree. I was thinking about creating a type called nativehd which
basically just includes stuff from netboot.

It would be really cool if you could have one init that would let you
easily choose cdrom, hd-media, or netboot and not bother you with the
other menus. Maybe later.
