Well, the differences are the pkg-lists/ and the config/sparc/*.cfg
files. Everything else should be identical.

AFAIK not, because adding it as dependency drags in an 0.5 MB .udeb
which isn't needed on all architectures.

It should only make a difference for bootfloppy and speakup (that is, i386),
those don't use libc-udeb, and neither libnss, libresolv.
Everything else uses pkg-lists/base, which defines anna, which drags in
libc-udeb via dependency.
