It retries numerous = times, fails, sleeps and stalls the download occasionaly while retrying = and failing again. After I returned to the menu I selected static = network setup item which was listed after the mirrorserver selection = item. After the network setup d-i automatically starts downloading from = the painfully slow ftp.us.debian.org mirror. Without a cancel option! I = opened the second console killed the process and restarted the = debian-installer. No settings lost, nice. Now I selected the fast dutch = mirror and could continue. 3) I use grub, but didn't know there was a module untill the next = install. Lilo installed fine.
