I assume you are talking about: http://lists.debian.org/debian-www/2001/debian-www-200112/msg00086.html and the Reply: http://lists.debian.org/debian-www/2001/debian-www-200112/msg00088.html Well, since this is a community project, all communications on the Mailing Lists that are a part of Debian, either real messages, SPAM or VIAGRA advertisements being sent to the list are all there. The Archiving of these message are there to make them easily search-able. All messages, these lists are PUBLIC.
