I don't have a devfs system handy, so I'm hoping someone can answer
my question. Please keep in mind that I'm trying to emulate devfs on
a 2.2.25 kernel. Maybe I'm missing some devices or links?

What does /dev/discs/disc0 look like?

I've got the following.

        /dev/discs/disc0/disc
        /dev/discs/disc0/part1
        /dev/discs/disc0/part2
        /dev/discs/disc0/part3
        /dev/discs/disc0/part4
        /dev/discs/disc0/part5

However, partconf (using libparted), comes back saying I have the
following partitions:

        /dev/discs/disc0/disc1
        /dev/discs/disc0/disc2
        /dev/discs/disc0/disc3
        /dev/discs/disc0/disc4
        /dev/discs/disc0/disc5

which seems odd.

The responsible statement is

        p->path = ped_partition_get_path(part);

which is a libparted call found in find-parts.c get_all_partitions().

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Stephen
