I am believe it was more like some hours, but ended up discovering that the delayed queue for uploads was missing, and was told on #debian-boot that I should just upload it right away instead of just sitting around and wait. So I did. (And apparently I was not the only one, as Stefano Zacchiroli did his NMU minutes after I did mine, and got his rejected.
