Thank you Carlos for the splitting work. Also thanks to Yuan for the translation. I was away from school yesterday (it was Christmas after all), and wasn't able to reply emails in time, sorry about that. However I will try to check these files into CVS tonight. I have already applied an account on Debian Alioth (which hosts the debian-installer CVS), so I can check them in directly. As the opinions of majority, the encoding will be UTF-8. I'll keep you posted about the progress, and once I have checked them in, you guys can begin reviewing it and send me patches if necessary.
