Through designing and running project-companies, leading best-of-practice consulting services and writing dynamic new stories as well as a myriad of technical programming and interactive experiences, each of our student-candidates are put to the test. We believe each contact is an opportunity for leadership!
The CYLC candidates regardless of their financial means will be able to increase their leadership potential and business skills through working on a series of challenging business case studies and using such effective management techniques as Fifth Discipline and Six Sigma.
The CYLC provides the students with the unique opportunity to enhance their persuasion, financial and decision making skills to meet leaders who fundamentally affect the workings of executives; regional development, banking and international business.
CYLC is part of a global network of young leader councils managed by the European Young Leaders Council (EYLC) based in Pau, France, where 1700 square meters are dedicated to training the leaders of the new industry.
