As the URL says these are unofficial Debian images. AFAIK the version of the debian-installer on these images is outdated. Probably you are better off by downloading a more up-to-date version of the installer from http://www.mmweg.rwth-aachen.de/~sebastian.ley/d-i/ (the official debian link to these images is down at the moment :-( ) You can install the base system with the netinst image and then install additional packages over the net. There is currently AFAIK no full cd set of sarge. Alternatively you could also download the official CD of the stable release (woody) from the debian homepage.
