I would really love to see this. I too think it is a good idea to ask as few questions as possible but in case of the keyboard question: It is not difficult, and with the new defualt selection code, a reasonable choice will be highlighted, for the newbie just to hit ENTER. We recieved numerous requests to change this in the installation reports, I would strongly favour to set the question to high.
