BTW, i think there is some problem with dhcp servers compatibility maybe. I was at luxembourg's LinuxDays last weekend, and there dhclient (is this the one dhcp-client-udeb is taken from) did fail to get a response from the dhcp server, while pump did work. I don't know details, and this is not ppc specific, as there where also sparc and x86 boxes on the network.
