Hi, I've noticed several times that people were not taking in account the fact that a package has been uploaded.
Please think to add a new entry (debchange -i) to the changelog if the
lastest record for release is different that 'UNRELEASED'.
This message concerncs especialy Bart.
Please have a look at the changes mentionned below.
Please also note that country names take a capital letter.
