Huh, that is *not* good. Sounds like the kernel has issues with your HW. (Or it's out of memory?) > How can I get to a shell so that I can check /dev/scsi? If you booted with BOOT_DEBUG=5, you should have gotten one before you went into this loop, right after it finished hardware detection. -- see shy jo
