I didn't see anything out of the ordinary on that page, but if you've seen a page such as on http://verhelst.dyndns.org:7557/ , you're making a fool of youself. That page is the default page as shown when you install the Debian GNU/Linux operating system, with the apache webserver. It simply means the administrator of your webserver was performing maintenance on the system.
