base-installer only call debootstrap to create the base system. But it
isn't the job of base-installer to create the fstab file. The lines in
the postinst script are only workarounds for the lilo bugs.
I currently create an new version of partconf-mkfstab, which contains
the mkfstab binary as postinst file. And I let kernel-installer depend
on it. That should solve the mkfstab problem.
