building a 2.4.19 installer

I'm trying to get boot-floppies to build a stripped-down 2.4.19 install set and am running into a couple of problems.   I'd like to check first that this is an appropriate place to ask about the correct procedure of creating custom install sets with boot-floppies - if not could you direct me to where I should go.   Thank you, David
