It would be nice (or just for navigation and simetry) to have a symlink
index.html to index.??.html inside the documentation for the english
version and also inside the translation directories
That is: doc/index.html --> doc/index.en.html
doc/es/index.html --> doc/es/index.es.html
and the same for ca, fr, it,...
