The right time to do that was already in 2010 :-)

Because fdisk was brought up: fdisk shows partition sizes with their
most relevant units:

Device       Start       End   Sectors  Size Type
/dev/vda1     2048   1050623   1048576  512M EFI System
/dev/vda2  1050624 134215679 133165056 63.5G Linux filesystem

So, M and G as appropriate.
