We finally want to get rid of grub-legacy in Debian. It's now (in sid) only a transistional package depending on grub-pc. There's MR!20 [0] by Pascal Homburg which completely removes the grub-legacy parts of it. [0] https://salsa.debian.org/installer-team/grub-installer/-/merge_requests/20
