Yeah, such things looked like isolated and targeted things, rather than
a major overhaul for everyone.

Sure, I didn't think of mentioning it outright, but that's another thing
that's on today's todo list.

I couldn't act on the reject right away, but I totally agree that topic
and your application are independent (even if I might have used one to
push for the other one).

Feel free to follow up separately (and/or privately) regarding skills
etc.
