Dear Maintainer,

A preseed file with:

> d-i systemd-boot-installer/skip boolean true

causes the Debian installer to halt with an error because the
systemd-boot-installer script exits with return value 1. Because
systemd-boot-installer is run from the postinst script and because a requested
skip is not an error, it should exit with return value 0 in such a
circumstance. Alternatively, move this code into an isinstallable script,
where a return value of 1 is appropriate.
