I got a "crc error system halted" with the bf2.4 flavour of boot disks from loadlin.exe. I redownloaded everything -- not fixed. (md5sum 28d7d92757b956658aa8ff66b219b568) I was using the install from hard disk method, using loadlin.exe with install.bat. I have proceeded with the vanilla flavour, but it's frustrating that the bf2.4 flavour didn't work. Also, the install.bat specifies linux rather than linux.bin, as I think it should (I had to rename linux.bat to linux).
