I see in linux sourcepackage in bullseye different ABI d-i-packages. Example: linux sourcepackage 5.10.140-1: This sourcepackage contains the binary packages: - affs-modules-5.10.0-16-4kc-malta-di - affs-modules-5.10.0-18-4kc-malta-di There are some more d-i-packages with ABI -16 and ABI -18. packages.debian.org shows for linux sourcepackage: - bullseye: 5.10.140-1: 821 binary packages with ABI -16 and ABI -18 - bookworm: 5.19.6-1: 555 binary packages with ABI -1 only I don't know, if this is intended or not.
