I downloaded 2021-04-15 debian-bullseye-di-rc1-arm64-netinst.iso and bug #985956 is still present:
The install system kernel does not include the module mdio-bcm-unimac.ko which prevents the RPi 4B ethernet activation thus the Net Install does not complete correctly. The target system kernel does include the missing module and the ethernet does activates. The problem also exists in 2021-04-19 Debian-weekly-bullseye-arm64-netinst.iso build.
