Dear Maintainer, First bug report, my appologies if I miss something. This is mostly to provide info for improvement. * What led up to the situation? Fresh install of bullseye testing on a wiped disk. Expert mode, most defaults, encrypted LVM, tasksel choices of SSH and Base only. Install finishes and reboots. Entered passphrase for encrypted LVM. Then boot sequence "appears" to stop immediately after. No login prompt. * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? I used init=/bin/bash successfully to get into the system. I removed "quiet" from the boot to prove the boot sequence went well beyond the LVM. During a hung boot, I am able to SSH into the box to poke around and send this report.
