Howdy, Hans-Olof Danielsson reported to debian-doc that the Release Notes contain an incorrect URL in section 3.3.1 to the apt and dpkg necessary for upgrading versions 2.0 and older. Should the URL be changed, or should the ftpmasters be asked to create this directory for Woody?
