But even those packages do not contain the kernel modules without which the installation can't work. So as soon as there's a kernel upgrade due to security reasons, you got to make sure to update your tftp files. This adds a whole new layer of abstraction (Jenkins jobs etc.) to an already complicated process: The basic install process just is not self-contained as it is the case with even the netboot CD/usb image.
