I'm still attempting an offline installation. I'm connecting up a // Gear
Head 8X DVD Mobile Slim External Drive 8XDVDEXT // to an installed system,
cycling the drive to insert the first DVD, and then connecting the USB DVD
drive to the target computer and attempting to boot the computer to the USB
Device.

It worked fine on the earlier versions of Debian 8.x. Now, the drive reads
the DVD, but doesn't recognize it as bootable media. The computer doesn't
give me the option to boot to USB Device.
