When it comes to the stage in the project manager where the user is prompted to change DVD (to add additional DVD to a local repository), the DVD door is locked. To open it, the user must rescan the first DVD (running the install) which then fails. After scanning DVD #2 and #3, the first DVD is not recognized as the first DVD and the install ends at that (incomplete) point.
