FWIW, given that I just encountered this myself: rescue(-mode) will need a fix in this case because by default it mounts the top-level, which means that the actual chroot is one level down. Although I guess setting the default subvolume id to the one of whatever you call @rootfs should also fix this. Kind regards Philipp Kern
