HKP is the HTTP keyserver protocol, so you could just use "http://<keyserver>:11371/pks/lookup?op=get&search=0x<fingerprint>" to fetch the key. However, as this is HTTP, it might not be advisable to do this over the internet. Kind regards Philipp Kern
