i386 is the name of the architecture for historical reasons. If we were to rename the port, we'd have to re-compile the whole archive and upgrades wouldn't be as smooth because the architecture name would have changed. It's just not worth the hassle. -- Martin Michlmayr http://www.cyrius.com/
