Just in case Windows had done some black magic or something, while reading and trying to understand how this works (still no minimal idea on how all this PCI/ACPI tables work), I came accross the acpica-tools and dumped the tables under windows, I have put them here: http://www.manty.net/acpicadump.tgz I tried some commands under linux over the dumps and saw the webcams and some funny devices, however I don't know if this will help at all :-( I'll try to get the same dump under Debian to see if we are seing the same tables as Windows sees.
