Hmm, odd given I thought the CPU did gigabit. Doing a check of the dtb files I see that yes the CPU can do gigabit, but the phy used on the beaglebone boards is 100Mbit only, so the bug could never affect them. So only the few boards with the Am335x that have gigabit in use could see such a bug. So not an issue really.
