Anyway, it didn't detect any WiFi names and asked me to enter one, which I did. I know for sure my network is called "GlebeCottage" and I know for sure the password. But it couldn't connect. It is WPA2 so I selected the correct option but I don't see why those options were there. I'll reboot and try the graphical install next. I got the impression you were quite keen to get feedback so I filled in this form. Matt
