This is a regression from Wheezy, where iceweasel was installed and the web browser icon worked after a "no cable" install. Note that on a "cable present" install on real hardware with the same installer image, Iceweasel did get installed. * After install, `apt-get update` fails, it seems the cdrom is not being disabled like in previous Debian releases, this is a regression from Wheezy: Ign cdrom://[Debian GNU/Linux jessie-DI-b2 _Jessie_ - Official Snapshot i386 xfce-CD Binary-1 20141003-16:52] jessie InRelease Ign cdrom://[Debian GNU/Linux jessie-DI-b2 _Jessie_ - Official Snapshot i386 xfce-CD Binary-1 20141003-16:52] jessie Release.gpg Ign cdrom://[Debian GNU/Linux jessie-DI-b2 _Jessie_ - Official Snapshot i386 xfce-CD Binary-1 20141003-16:52] jessie Release Ign cdrom://[Debian GNU/Linux jessie-DI-b2 _Jessie_ - Official Snapshot i386 xfce-CD Binary-1 20141003-16:52] jessie/main i386 Packages/DiffIndex Ign cdrom://[Debian GNU/Linux jessie-DI-b2 _Jessie_ - Official Snapshot i386 xfce-CD Binary-1 20141003-16:52] jessie/main Translation-en_GB Err cdrom://[Debian GNU/Linux jessie-DI-b2 _Jessie_ - Official Snapshot i386 xfce-CD Binary-1 20141003-16:52] jessie/main i386 Packages Err cdrom://[Debian GNU/Linux jessie-DI-b2 _Jessie_ - Official Snapshot i386 xfce-CD Binary-1 20141003-16:52] jessie/main i386 Packages Err cdrom://[Debian GNU/Linux jessie-DI-b2 _Jessie_ - Official Snapshot i386 xfce-CD Binary-1 20141003-16:52] jessie/main i386 Packages Err cdrom://[Debian GNU/Linux jessie-DI-b2 _Jessie_ - Official Snapshot i386 xfce-CD Binary-1 20141003-16:52] jessie/main i386 Packages Ign cdrom://[Debian GNU/Linux jessie-DI-b2 _Jessie_ - Official Snapshot i386 xfce-CD Binary-1 20141003-16:52] jessie/main Translation-en Err cdrom://[Debian GNU/Linux jessie-DI-b2 _Jessie_ - Official Snapshot i386 xfce-CD Binary-1 20141003-16:52] jessie/main i386 Packages Failed to stat - stat (2: No such file or directory) W: Failed to fetch copy:/var/lib/apt/lists/partial/Debian%20GNU_Linux%20jessie-DI-b2%20%5fJessie%5f%20-%20Official%20Snapshot%20i386%20xfce-CD%20Binary-1%2020141003-16:52_dists_jessie_main_binary-i386_Packages Failed to stat - stat (2: No such file or directory) E: Some index files failed to download.
