Yes, this is what we have. Current busybox-static in wheezy+ does not work. What's interesting - I compiled busybox-static on curent wheezy host, the resulting binary works fine. But the same busybox compiled on jessie does not work. Also, it is specific to amd64 arch, it does not happen on i386 (from 2 variants of x86 arches).
