Hello, i tested it again with wheezy 7.4 by adding the option: d-i netcfg/wireless_show_essids select manual
In summary, i had the following options: > d-i netcfg/wireless_show_essids select manual > d-i netcfg/wireless_essid string xxx-essid > d-i netcfg/wireless_security_type select wpa > d-i netcfg/wireless_wpa string xxx-wlan-key The available networks are shown and the network, given in wireless_essid is not used. Only "wpa" and the key is used from configuration. Best regards Bernhard
